SellarPro Registration Terms & Conditions
By registering for and using SellarPro, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
2. Subscription & Payments
SellarPro operates on a subscription basis.
• The setup fee is a one-time onboarding charge.
• Monthly subscription fees must be paid on or before the renewal date.
• Failure to renew may result in temporary suspension of access until payment is completed.
All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Data & Security
Your business data remains your property. SellarPro provides secure cloud storage and backup; however, you are responsible for ensuring that authorised staff use the system appropriately.
We implement reasonable security measures, but you agree not to hold SellarPro liable for breaches caused by user negligence, password sharing, or unauthorised access due to poor internal controls.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SellarPro strictly for lawful business operations.
The system must not be used for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
SellarPro reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in unlawful conduct.
5. Service Availability
SellarPro is designed for high reliability, including offline functionality with cloud synchronisation. However, occasional maintenance or technical updates may temporarily affect service availability.
We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruptions.
6. Support
Support is provided during official business hours. Additional training or on-site visits may attract separate fees.
7. Plan Limits
Your subscription plan includes defined limits on outlets and user accounts. Exceeding these limits may require an upgrade to a higher plan.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
SellarPro reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
